Hello everyone!
We are using Shopify's default order note for customers gift message.
As seen from the screenshot below, we mentioned that 'emojis cannot be printed'. However, there are customers that still adds emojis to their notes (because they still can add it to the text box).
Is there a way to disable emojis from being typed by customers in this section?

Yes, it can't. It's just that when a customer puts emoji, it pulls through to us as a special character so we have to edit it first and reprint it.
We use Linnworks as our order fulfillment system, we don't fulfill directly on Shopify 🙂
If possible, we'd like to restrict customers on entering an emoji on the gift note section. Because currently, they can still put it on the gift note and it will still show on shopify orders (just can't print them).
