renewing expired domain

I have to renew an expired domain. The help section says to contact support, because i can't do it myself. i cant find how to do it and keep getting re-routed to the same page that just says i have to contact support.  please help asap.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us! If you have an expired domain on the store, you can reach out to our Support Advisors to assist you with renewing the domain in question. You will need to login to the store using our Contact Us page as this will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

Once you are authenticated by logging into the store successfully, you can type in what you need assistance with in the Help Center. When the search results display, you should be able to locate the Get Support option towards the bottom of the page.
