Hi, when a customer receives and email that their product is ready to be downloaded etc, it comes through as "delivery@shopify.com". On the front end of the shopping experience, the customer doesn't know they are dealing with a Shopify platform. It could be confusing. It would be better to see the email come from the company brand instead. How can this be changed?
Shopify has recently updated their DMARC policy and CNAME records. If you haven't updated this, your customer receives notifications from "shopify.com" email domain. Please see here further information: Shopify Help Center | Setting up your email
Thank you for your response. However, I do have the CNAME and DMARC files set up and the sender email works for the most part. It is when the customer gets notified about a download link that the "delivery@shopify.com" shows up in the inbox. I am attaching an image.
