I am having difficulty with my notification emails and the address it is using. (Example Shop, example street ect)

 

I have set my delivery and local pickup addresses to active and all the same. But the e-mail template is not pulling the information from my settings. I would manually enter the address, but if I do that then the auto-populated map code doesn't work properly. 

 

Please help! I need my local pickup e-mails to have the address and map correct in order to communicate with my customers properly.

Hello @Abtstocking 

1- Ensure
that your address is correctly set up in Settings > Locations. For local pickup, this address must be fully filled out, including postal code and city.
2- Check if local pickup is enabled for that address in the Shipping and Delivery settings under Local Pickup.

Another option would be to update the email template:
1- Go to Settings > Notifications, then choose the template for the notification that needs the address (e.g., Order Confirmation, Local Pickup Ready).
2- Add the following template variables where you want the pickup address to appear:
{{ pickup_location.name }}
{{ pickup_location.address.street }}
{{ pickup_location.address.city }}, {{ pickup_location.address.province }} {{ pickup_location.address.zip }}
{{ pickup_location.address.country }}


Use Shopify’s “Send test email” feature to make sure your changes are working correctly.
