I am having problems with this seller because, although I have received the order, the products I purchased do not match what I ordered in any way. I have been trying to contact support for weeks, but I have not received any response yet. The last response I received was on 19/06/2024.
I have also posted negative reviews explaining what happened, but they have been deleted, along with those of other customers.
I don't know how to proceed or what to do.
I am writing to you hoping to find a solution (either a correction of the order or a refund of the 130 euros).
I can also attach screenshots of the chat, order emails, and anything else necessary/requested.
I don't know how to contact support as the link I try to attach in the form does not work, returning "Invalid confirmation order URL," and they are completely unresponsive.
