Reporting issue not working

Help bot says same samething over and over. Very frustrating.i want a real person. But have to sign up to get here. Tried the support and when I hit submit nothing happens....

• I'm a buyer. Paid for items oct26th  sent 3 emails to the seller no response. The order is still saying not shipped but ready to ship since Oct 30th. 

Is this whole site a scam?
