Hello,
We recently purchased a Shopify theme that has now been removed from the theme marketplace due to violations. As premium themes come with the guarantee of future updates, we are concerned that we will no longer receive any updates or support for this theme.
Given the circumstances, we would like to inquire if it is possible to receive a refund or any form of compensation, as the theme is no longer available and the promised updates cannot be fulfilled.

Unfortunately, Shopify does not offer refunds or vouchers in this case. It's a bit disappointing because we are not at fault for the situation, and since the theme was purchased directly through Shopify, we also cannot activate PayPal buyer protection.
