Requesting a refund for a huge charge I wasn't expecting

I was charge over $400 for the month and I was absolutely stunned.  I need to get my money back.  I have struggled to get my store up and working correctly.  I have decided to deactivate my account as of July 10, 2023.  Please Shopify refund my fund charge that hit my bank account today July 10, 2023,
