Requesting Refund for yearly Subscription

I didn't know I had to close my shop not to get billed. I received the deduction information from the bank today, but the store is no longer in use. And I just closed my shop today. How do I apply for a refund?

You will need to contact Shopify Support so your refund request can be reviewed. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. 

Note: Logging into your store via the help centre shouldn't reactivate it; however, if you do not see your store listed after you've logged in, then you can choose the option to access support without logging into your store.
