Resize footer social media icons

How can I resize my social media icons in my footer menu? I have version 14.0, which is still working fine with the custom CSS used in the footer section. The new update to version 15.3 is not working now.

Would that be the reasoning behind the yellow underlining? With the message displayed, 

• "icon-facebook" does not appear to be used in this section. Try a different selector.
