Responsive Countdown Timer Password Page

Hello everyone, 

I have added a countdown timer to my password page and it looks fine on my desktop, however the timer does not change on mobile devices. Could someone please tell me how I can adjust it to scale to the media screen? I ave read you can use css media queries, however I do not have the necessary know-how
