Restricting shipping on some products

How can we restrict shipping on certain products that we only want to make available for in-store pickup?

Klaudia here from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery! Our app is able to restrict items on certain products using our conditional activation feature.

 

Our app's widget appears on the cart page where customers will be able to choose between shipping and pickup. You may also take a look at our article on displaying text for items that are pickup only so that your customers are aware of which items can't be shipped.

 

Our app comes with a 30-day free trial. I'd like to recommend giving it a try as well as exploring other useful features such as preparation time, letting your customers select pickup date and/or time, and so much more!

 

Note: When testing our app, please test on a duplicate theme. Publish the theme when you're ready to use it!

go to Settings > Shipping and delivery. Create a custom shipping rate for local pickup but don't assign any shipping rates to that profile. Use the manage products feature to add the products you only want available for local pickup. You can search the products to add however you like - SKU, tags, etc. No need for an app.
