Hello,
On our Shopify online shop, we charge a fee for returns. I have added the flat rate to our return policies under return rules. When we process a return, the amount is shown in the back end, but this calculation is not displayed in the notification email sent to customers after their return is processed. We are using the app (Vify) to print invoices and include a download button in the notification emails (both order confirmation and return confirmation). However, the amount is not shown on the invoice either. How can we resolve this so that the return fee is included in Shopify's automated notification emails?
