Reviews Page for in person customers with product selector

I am curious if there is a way to make a review landing page for in person customers, where they can scan a QR code and go to this page, selecting specific product from a drop down and then reviewing it that way. 

Rather than having to search the website for the product they purchased.

Yeah, you could do that. 

How are your product reviews set up so far?
Are you having people leave reviews on the product pages directly, but you're wanting the landing page to be a place where they can submit a review for any product, and complete the review on that page, no matter what product they want to review? How you set that up will probably depend on what app you're using for product reviews, or you could have a developer build a custom page for you.

An easier option (for you to set up without needing a developer, and for your customers to use) may be to make QR codes that go to the product pages for each product, and put them on your product tags for in-person customers. Then it would just take them directly to the correct page to leave the review, instead of them having to search your website for the product OR go through a list to find the right one on your review landing page.
