Hi @manuka1,

I hope you’re doing fantastic!

Essentially, this error indicates that the structured data for your review snippet isn’t formatted as Google expects.

Here’s a quick rundown of what needs to be done:

  1. Update Your Schema Markup:
    Instead of having:

    "author": "John Doe"

    you should update it to:

    "author": {
      "@type": "Person",
      "name": "John Doe"
    }

    This change informs Google that the author is a Person (or an Organization, if applicable) and clearly specifies the author’s name.

  2. Check Your CMS or Plugin Settings:
    If you’re using a plugin or a content management system, it might be automatically generating the markup. Look for any settings related to structured data or rich snippets. You may need to adjust the output to ensure it follows the correct format.

  3. Test Your Markup:
    After making the changes, I recommend testing your page using the Google Rich Results Test. This will confirm that the author field is now recognized correctly and that no further errors exist.

I hope this helps clarify things and guides you towards a solution. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
