Ridiculous! Shopify is holding our money.

Shopify is holding on to 60k of our money and we cannot go forward with ANYTHING! We have chatted, called, messaged for 7 days with no luck. We even upgraded to plus so that we could get help and NOTHING. Our tax id has NOT changed, weve been with you for 10 years. We have never been treated so poorly. Our company runs millions of dollars throught his platform and we are now looking for another as this is the WORST company on the planet. Disappointed and angry is an understatement.
