Ripped of by a Seller,my order hasn't arrived

I ordered a Nike swoosh trackpant and Nike shell jacket from  Local JOZI THRIFT store and they haven't updated me about when I will receive my order and it's been 5 days trying to get answers from the store but they are not responding to me.

When you place an order at a store that uses Shopify, you’re ordering directly from that business.


I recommend waiting 4 weeks to see if your order arrives. There can sometimes be delays with fulfillment and shipping, which can account for you not receiving the order right away. If you have not received an update after several days, submit a complaint via this form. If you still don't a response from the merchant and your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, contact your bank or payment provider for guidance on the next steps.
