Ripped off by seller. How to complain about seller to shopify.

Hello there. 

How does one go about complaining about a seller. 

Giving negative feedback, so on.

  1. Use Shopify's support center: You can use Shopify's support center to file a complaint. To do this, log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the Support section. From there, you can submit a request detailing the issue you experienced with the seller.

  2. Leave a review or feedback: You can also leave a review or feedback for the seller on their Shopify store. This can help other customers make informed decisions about whether to purchase from this seller in the future.

I have a problem with not receiving an order from a merchant on Shopify.

The links provided in the email confirmation do not work.

I cannot find the seller on the Shopify directory.

Emails to the seller go unanswered.

What do I do now?

Hello @GilLamy I think you could lodge a direct complaint to Shopify through the aid of the Help Centre.

How do I make a complaint about a company taking money from customers and not shipping the products.  I used to work for a company doing this exact process and can 100% prove.  Look at the date of orders and how many are not shipped and all

of the complaints through the site. 

 

Who do I contact to alert the unscrupulous actions by this company?
