Same warehouse stock for different products

Good morning everyone,

I'm new to online stores so I apologize in advance if I ask obvious questions for anyone.

I use the Shopify Daw theme and what I would like to achieve is to have a warehouse stock that is valid for 2 or more products that I publish.

Let me explain better, I create products called:

-classic ring

-personalized classic ring

The prices are different, I want them to be in two different menus but the warehouse to be the same so as not to have to manage two quantities and then align them as the product is the same.

Is this something that can be done?

Thank you for reaching out. Can you tell me more about your products? Are these products you ship yourself or are you using a third-party to house and ship your products?

If you create two different products they will have their own inventory figures in the admin and can't be connected within Shopify alone. You would need to configure this with the suppliers directly if you're not shipping these items yourself.

thanks for your replay.

The products are in my warehouse and my problem is:

1. product A
   1. product A classic (X€)
   2. product B personalized (X€+Y€)

Basically the product is 1 the personalization 2, this meaning that the quantity need to work on product A.

If I have 10 product A in stock and two customers buy 1 product A classic each one meaning that I have 8 product A in stock that can be bought as product A classic or personalized.

I hope that is more clear my needs.
