Scam alert from a third party company

Hi guys

I came across a scam alert company that just rated my site 15/100 100 being the most reputable, and couldn't believe what I was seeing (yes I took it very personally)indicating that I was a likely scam site and should be avoided at all costs. I have only just discovered this and given that I have only made one sale since May, And am now questioning how much of an impact this has had on my potential sales. I have sent an email to the said company with a few choice words and a please explain. Was wondering apart from the email if there is anything else I should be doing.
