Scam and Fraud store - Timeshopee.in

I got scamed by this shopify store timeshopee.in

I placed an order with this store on the 12th of December 2024. After placing my order I did not received any feedback from the merchant so I sent a WhatsApp message.. They said that the courier will deliver it which was a lie. When I logged back into their website their website was shut down. I tried many times to contact them via phone call and messages there was no reply. Now over month later their website is back up and running to scam more people out of their hard earned money. I reported their store to shopify but I have not had any reply or response from shopify yet. The supplier does not answer my calls or messages. I want justice. I want my refund back.

Even if I don't get my refund I would still like that person to be charged and go to jail for scamming people. The least that shopify can do is take their website down so those scammers don't steal from more people.

I am not sure what more I can do, I am just grateful that I only spend a small amount as a test to see If I receive my product.. 

SHOPIFY IS NOT A SAFE PLATFORM TO DO BUSINESS OR BUY GOODS. There is absolutely no accountability or response from suppliers or Shopify themselves.

Please avoid Shopify stores. All I know is that Karma always comes around good and bad, so these people timeshopee.in, did bad things and steal money and Shopify helps such scammers, they will all receive bad karma for what they are doing.
