Scam email - very convincing - "incident 293463541 Your response is required"

Got this email today. 

Initially cursed as we had got an order for close to the amount stated in early January, but it was a regular customer who has since re-ordered, so it made little sense.

Closer look and realized it was a scam and deleted it, but here's the screenshot and something  others may want to be aware of.
