Hi @Pagoda805
First, welcome to the community. Next, please calm down a bit.
Sorry to hear you have to pay for some "security issues," but that does sounds l like a scam and that they want to get more money from you as first time it passed.
So check the email or sender if it is something like superscammybuthaveshopifyword@gmail.com
Then it is a first sign that it is a scam.
"Shopify will only send emails from official domains such as @shopify.com, @email.shopify.com, @em.shopify.com, and @shopify-billpay.melio.com. Emails from public email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Apple mail, or Hotmail aren't from Shopify and should be treated as potential phishing attempts."

There are a lot of scams going on. Scammers always target as many merchants as they can and making all kind of stories with such a
sense of urgency that you do not think and just reply and got into their machine. You should not clicked any link and who knows what they claimed they fixed, but also that way you got on their list to try again. And they did with this email. They will probably pass your email to other scammers, so you may get emails about Windows, Amazon, Ant-virus, or who knows what. Just pause and think, search the internet or post to forums.
Here are some of the topics with similar topics. First even have spoofed shopify email but it is still a scam.

and report that email to Shopify.
Stay safe, check email senders, and do not click any links.
