Four days ago I purchased a Scandinavian retreat chair from a retailer called Allopia Brand via what appeared to be Shopify. I paid and received a confirmation email with an order number but now, I can't track my order or find this retailer anywhere on the internet as the page says link broken.
The email address they sent their confirmation from is, store+90178781463@t.shopifyemail.com
I've emailed their support line via the email on the confirmation but am worried I've been scammed and not get my chair or a response.
Is there anyway to contact Shopify and ask if they can verify this retailer as legit or scam?

There are a lot of scams online, they open a store for a month, make heavy marketing on social networks, offer big discounts and then disappear.
Could you share a link to that store?
You could try to report a merchant here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant on an issue with an order part and see what Shopify says. Also, if possible, try to get money back from your bank.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as you, though I placed my order two weeks ago. Even the email confirmation number is the same. I have sent an email to them, but no response and you cannot get on the website anymore so, beginning to wonder if this is a scam. All the reviews I read before purchasing looked legit!

Not heard a thing. I’ve been told never buy from face book, they look like genuine stores but all scams!

I agree, I think we’ve been scammed! I’ve still not had a response to my email, it’s looking doubtful that I will get a reply.
I ordered 2 chairs and messaged the company straight away as I wanted to be sure I'd get them for Christmas. I decided to cancell the order and received a refund. I emailed support@alliopiabrand.com
They were very courteous and professional sounding.
