Scam or legit

I recently received an email from the shopifylicense supportsquad, saying that I had issues with my website that needed immediate attention or my website would be closed and when I log into my website there is no issues on there but I was given the email address of a LeonharDTSAUER94@gmail.com to resolve the matter, so I emailed this person who very quickly replied with wanting my URL and my collaboration code so they could further investigate the issues. I did not give my collaboration code the person then replied with a heap of screenshots of coding errors on my website, Just wanting to know if this is a real thing or not, as it seems a little suss?

Definitely a scam. Shopify won't email you from a Gmail address.

I got the same message, and then asking for collaboration code and my url, but other than that im getting so many other emails (from the gmail suffix), that my website have issue resolve it or website is going to be terminated.

Im really confused😕 .

 Did you get any solution to the problems he mentioned so far?
