It's a scam, mark them spam and block them.

Shopify officials never use gmail for such conversation.

Shopify would never email you from a gmail.com domain so it's most probably a scam email and there's nothing to worry about it.

Shopify does not use Gmail or other generic email domains for official communications.

Official Email Domains: Authentic emails from Shopify will come from official domains such as @shopify.com, @email.shopify.com, or @shopify.ca. Be cautious of emails from generic domains like @gmail.com or those with misspellings.
