I recently placed an order on Selene-London.com <store+91422261572@t.shopifyemail.com> this is their email. I have had no word from them in days since my order came. My order was wrong and I don’t know what to do.

First, check if the store is verified: Visit Selene-London.com directly (not via email links) and look for trust signals like reviews, a physical address, or social media links. Contact them again via their website’s contact form and reply to their Shopify email—sometimes tickets get missed. If no response within 48 hours, reach out to Shopify Support with the store URL and order details - they can investigate legitimacy or mediate. For urgent issues, dispute the charge via your payment provider as a backup

Consider Your Payment Method:
If you’re not getting a resolution soon, and if you paid by credit card or PayPal, you may have options to dispute the charge. This is a last resort, but it’s good to know your options.
