Hi, i placed an order through Shopify through a store called Kurtha Store. I haven't received my order. I sent follow up mails but no reply. Their website and the order i placed are not opening and are showing website doesn't exist. As an e-commerce paltform it is your responsibility to take care such scams do not take place. However I'd respectfully urge you to refund my money back. I'm attaching the the related files with you please take action or i will take a legal action against you.

Thank you for reaching out about this and I am sorry that you had a poor experience with an online store you believe to be hosted on Shopify.
Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do, instead, offer a detailed FAQ to help you with the resolving order issues, which can be found here: FAQ - Your Online Order. I recommend trying to contact the store directly for a resolution.

which store are you talking about? The one that never existed? If Shopify is a platform for people to build their websites then take the responsibility to make sure they're genuine and not a scam. This is negligence. Do something about my order, refund or compensation i don't care but just do it or I'm going to take legal action against you.
