I placed an order on 10/09. I sent several emails. The first response- still processing order. Then automatic e-mail responses-I am currently out of the office, will respond when I return. Is there a way I can report this shop? If possible, get my money back? Its giving signs I will not receive my product from this business.

But you can report it at https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant and for money back, best to try with your bank. If you got any email with order confirmation it could be of use. Good luck with that.
