Purchased a grill from a company nearly a month ago and got an automated email saying they would sen out tracking info. Waiting and waiting I never received it. I tried contacting the company and the email is not valid. I then got on app and the store is gone. The only way to contact Shopify was the mark it delivered and submit a ticket. That was several weeks ago and no contact or help from Shopify. I tried to resubmit a ticket and the ticket submit button won’t work. I thought this place was safe but it’s definitely not and seems like Shopify won’t help. So thanks Shopify I lost $90 of my hard earned money by using your app.
