Scammed by a Shopify Store

I made a purchase from a store hosted by Shopify. The store URL is below.

I cannot report it using your report function because I didn't receive a confirmation email and therefore don't have the order confirmation link, and your form won't allow it to be submitted without the link.

The Gray Clothing store is not based in London as represented on the website, instead the payment taken from my bank says it's from Hong Kong. Their support email goes unanswered, and the telephone number listed is answered by a completely different business who claims the website is a scam.

Can someone please look into this and let me know how I get a refund, and also stop them if their website is a scam. They claim to have been in business for 25 years, whereas their website was first indexed 2 months ago. Nothing adds up and it all seems to be misleading and disingenuous.

I am now of the belief that all 4 stores below, all of which are hosted on Shopify, and are all new, are part of the same group of scammers.

Could the Shopify fraud team please review these websites with urgency as they're advertising on Facebook and not delivering products as sold.
