scammers trying to check out

Hello! For the past 2 months, I have had someone trying to buy my cheapest item, putting it in the cart. Uses the same street address but changes the city and state as well as the name and email. Uses different credit cards to failure. This goes on daily, about 10 checkouts per day. Is there any way that I can block the ip address? What can I do to stop this? I have no idea why they are doing this but it makes me nervous.

Hello friend @socaleventdecor firstly, sorry for the inconveniences you’re experiencing due to this, it must be really annoying. In terms of blocking the IP address, there are apps you can find on the Shopify App Store that can help you with this. I did some research on this some time back and Securify and Blockify are two good apps for this purpose. You should check them out and use any to deal with this scam issue.
