Search Bar - Dawn Theme - Colelctions Not Showing when Clicking "Search For"

Hello - So my Search Bar will show Predictive Results, and associated products but when clicking the actual "Search For" (see image) the collections arent showing on the Search Results Page itself.  

Example - I search Bloody Mary Rimmers but when clicking the bottom - "Search For" - the Collection Page itself doesn't show in the results..  Blog Posts, and Products only..  

How do I get the Collection Page and Its Image to show on the search page??  Https://Devildaves.com
