Search bar to have results for different websites/stores?

I was wondering if it possible to have the search bar have set results that I set myself.

I would like the search bar to be more like a directory to other websites/stores. Let's say it was for gyms, and I have partnered up with different gyms in the area. I want a person to be able to search for their gym and it populate, and when they click on it, it takes them to that set website...

Is this something that can be done or is there a work around for it?

Thanks

If it's physical stores that you want to list, then your best option would be a "store locator" app (https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=store%20locator), which would also allow you to list a website, along with their respective addresses.

If it's all websites (no physical locations), then the closest you would probably get is an "FAQ page with search bar" ... something like this app: https://apps.shopify.com/faqapp

Either of the above options would be significantly cheaper (and a lot less work on your end) than having a custom-coder rework your existing search functionality within your theme.
