Could you please explain a bit more as to what you're referring to? Are you wanting to search your discount codes to see what's been sent to a specific customer? Or do you want to see if your customer has redeemed a discount? If you can share some more information on this I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

A customer calls and askes "do I have any Discount Codes available?"  

I would like to search to see if the customer has any open codes.

I understand that you are looking for a feature that would enable you to see active discount codes available to a specific customer, which I agree could be quite useful. I will be sure to relay this information to our developers. Currently, you can check the customer eligibility of a specific discount code to see if it applies. Another approach would be to  create a customer segment based on the discount campaign that you have in mind. Then, add a tag to your customers profile and assign your discounts based on customer segments. When a customer reaches out, you can visit the customer's profile, view the tags, and inform the customer about the discount codes they can utilize.
