Search Engine Results - Displaying Very Wrong Info Re: Shipping/Delivery

I offer free shipping on my Shopify website (simplegayapparel.com), yet on multiple search engine results pages, it's showing a sketchy "free delivery over $3,000" claim... I would love to remove this, because it's untrue and not a good look. Can someone please help? Thank you!

You likely need to look into your google merchant centre instead, but that's just a hunch 🙂

Thank you Steven for your response. We just set Google Merchant Center up today, but this search result issue was showing up before getting google merchant center, do you still think it's a google merchant center issue?

Also, do you know where in google merchant center I would find this setting? Thank you!!
