I have created a number of sections but when I tried to locate them in the library panel when I edit a page, I don't see new sections in the list. A day before it was working fine and the section I created was appearing in the library. I have a total 22 sections. I have double-checked everything. Section names are unique.
What could be the reason?

Hi @seekerinfo ,
1. Cache or Browser Issue: Sometimes, changes may not appear due to caching. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.
2. Navigate to your Shopify Admin dashboard.
>Go to "Online Store" > "Themes".
>Click on "Customize" for your current theme.
>Review section settings to ensure they are set to display where you expect.
3. Verify Section Names:
Ensure each section has a unique name that does not conflict with existing sections or templates in your theme.

Thank you so much Swean for the above solution. I went through my code and in few sections presets were missing, when I added I was able to see them in the list.
I am new to Shopify and trying to learn. can you give me a link to learn more about the structure of presets?
Hi @seekerinfo
Glad to hear adding the missing presets fixed the issue!
For learning more about Shopify's presets and theme structure, I recommend checking out the following resources:
-> Shopify Theme Development Documentation: https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/themes/architecture/sections/section-schema
-> Shopify Liquid Reference: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/objects
-> Shopify YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/shopify
These resources should give you a good start on understanding and working with presets in Shopify themes.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
I hope this helps! If it does,
