Select Location First Before Choosing Products

I am wondering if there is any app that can "select location first so that the products being displayed will be based from the inventory of the selected location".  I think this is more logical process and streamline the customer journey because, you don't waste the customer's time anymore to add the products to the cart first and realize that the products being added in the cart are not available once he selected the location for delivery.

Many people are asking about this solution but it seems being ignored by Shopify, even just for clarification.

The fact that there's no response to this kinda has me laughing.
We've been looking for a solution to this for years and not been able to find anything really.
