All things Shopify and commerce
Hi,
I would like to set a minimum quantity purchase for all items in my store. So for example I have a honey soap and coconut soap each priced at $12.00. The buyer should not be able to checkout unless they have 2 of any soaps in their cart. I would rather sell these as individual items to track inventory rather than bundles.
Suggestions appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi LaToya
Check out the apps that create limits for products/carts: https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=Limit%20Quantity%20Purchase
The other option as you mentioned is bundling up your products. The only issue there is you would then be selling in say amounts of 2 only. Our bundle app lets you calculate the inventory available based on the component stock so if you list an item in packs of 2 it will only show how many of those packs can be sold from the single quantity SKU. We also split the order into the components so it can be fulfilled as normal and inventory is kept up to date.

Tom
