Sell-through rate by product not showing all products

I want to generate a report that shows all of my products in all their variants with the number sold at the end of the selected time period. The Sell-through rate by product report is the best tool for this and does almost exactly what I want but it excludes certain variants that haven't sold any units. I want the report to include even the variants that haven't sold any so I can just copy the entire list into my excel document. Does anyone know how to help with this? Thank you so much.

As you've concluded, Shopify's sell-through report only includes products that have sold for that period of time.
