The seller I bought from their shop disappeared, suddenly when I click the link they sent on my confirmation email it says no longer exists!
how do I get my money back?

Your best course of action right now is to get in contact with Shopify customer support with as many details you have such as the store name, payment receipts, and any other necessary information can help with tracking down the store.
Thanks, but where is customer support for buyers located on the site? I couldn’t find it which is why I posted here!

under Issue with the order.
For a refund best to contact your bank as soon as possible and try to store the transaction/get a refund.
