Hi everyone - I've set up the first abandoned browse, abandoned cart and abandon checkout emails and now I'd like to set up a 2nd abandoned product browse, abandoned cart and abandoned checkout email in Shopify automations as a follow up. I'd like to send these emails 24 hours after the 1st emails have been sent if the customer does not take any action. Do I need to create a new workflow or can I build on the existing Abandoned Product Browse, Abandoned Cart workflow and Abandoned Checkout workflows? Appreciate any guidance here.

You can do this using the thrid party apps like klaviyo or mailchimp.
Thanks for your reply! I wanted to continue using Shopify marketing automation workflows for the 2nd emails rather than go with a 3rd party. I think I figured out how to do it within the existing shopify workflows and I was able to add the 2nd email.

You can definitely build on the existing workflows in Shopify Automations. Simply add a delay of 24 hours after the first abandoned cart email and set up a conditional check. If the customer hasn’t taken any action, trigger the second email. For abandoned checkout emails, you can follow the same process. If you want an extra boost in engagement, consider using push notifications via UnblockedBrands to follow up on abandoned carts directly on customers’ phones.
