seperate video in 9:16 aspect ratio for mobile vs the current 16:9 used for desktop

currently i have a video background and it looks great for my desktop but terrible for mobile, i have created the same video in a 9:16 format for mobile is there code (and where do i put it) to allow me to have a seperate video and therefore aspect ratio for mobile and desktop, thanks!
