Session duration 0:00, but added to cart..?!

I'm running tiktok ads with CTR of 4%. But almost all people that click the ad, have a session duration of 0 seconds. And yet, some of them even manage to click add-to-cart in that time. I don't understand whats going on!


Website: (built for mobile only)

Relevant details:

- Loading speed doesn't seem to be the issue, website speed is 63/100.

- My ads show the product that is actually presented on the website. No mismatch here.

- Target audience is determined by the tiktok ad AI:

(conversions here are adding to cart, because I haven't been able to get any actual sales yet)


Why is session duration 0 almost all the time?? And how come people still add to cart?
