Please, can someone tell me why I list a product in my store, set the price and when I look at the store page, the price is 3 times higher than what I set? If I put in 1USD, appears 3 in the store. Someone can help me?
It's all in the same currency, USD, so there's no conversion problem! What can I do to solve it?? I really needed help....

Hi there, @Tess9. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community Forums today with your question around your product pricing! My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you!

From what you've described, it sounds like you may not be saving the changes you're making to your product's prices, or your browser isn't updating to show you the changes. If possible, can you provide you me with the following information so I can better troubleshoot this issue with you:

  • A url to the store page where you're seeing the product price being incorrectly displayed
  • Can you let us know what price is supposed to be showing on the page you provide?
  • Can you let us know if these are dropshipping products that you have imported to your store?

Follow up with us when you can with the request information. Thanks!

Hello and thank you, I thought no one would answer me...

I'm importing products from CJ, I list them in my store with the price Y,
and then in the store the price is Y x 3!!

Thanks for following up, @Tess9 .I appreciate that.

I'm unable to see the files you attached -I recommend using the formating tools provided in the text box here in the community to upload those images so they can be viewed!

Additionally, did you happen to see my request for a link a page where we can see this happening in real time? I'd also like to know the price I should be seeing for the product (so the actual price) so I can compare what I'm seeing to what you're describing.

Thanks for providing your store URL, @Tess9. I'm trying to find the product that you've shown in your previous screenshot in your store, but I'm currently not able to find it when using the 'search' function. Is this product currently published on the store? If you could provide me with a direct link to the product page, I'd appreciate that immensely! -Imogen

No, it's not, because the price was 3 times higher, so I archived it as
draft.

Thank you for those links. To be clear, we're unable to authenticate users here in the Community, @Tess9, so I can't access links that are coming directly from your Shopify Admin, as I don't have access to that information. In additional, that 2nd link you provided seems to be related to a wine bottle opener, and doesn't seem to be related to the plate example you provided earlier.

If you would like to use the Wine Bottle Open as an additional example, can you let me know what price the wine bottle opener is meant to be showing at so I can let you know if I am also seeing it at a higher price than it should be? -Imogen

Thanks for your request, @Tess9. Though I can't move us to a different environment to discuss this issue, our Authenticated Support Team is available for contact through our Help Center. I recommend using the link I've shared her to access our Help Center. From there, let our AI Assistant know that you would like to speak to a Support Advisor regarding a pricing issue you've noticed in your store. It will then provide you with a prompt you can use to get connected with a member of our Authenticated Support Team, who will be able to access your store in real-time, as well as access links sent directly from your Shopify Admin.

Yes, I had already done that, I contacted the Help Center, talked to the
bot, and asked for an agent, but it didn't show up, he just sent me a link
to a form...

Hi, @Tess9!

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you mean when you say he sent you a link? I recommend trying these steps again to connect with our live support team:

  1. Head over to the Help Center.
  2. Enter the details of your question into the chat assistant.
  3. Wait for the chat assistant's response and click I still need help.
  4. Follow the prompts to be connected with a Support Advisor.

Please let me know any other questions you have!

Hello Greta.

Thank you very much, but I found the error and now the prices can be set
correctly.

Thanks for that screenshot, @Tess9.

The reason why I'm asking for the information that I am is because, when we usually see this issue related to prices not updating after saving the change, it's a result of the browser you're using not updating, and not reflecting the change, though it has been made. If you're unable to provide me with a URL to the product page so I can test what I see vs. what you're experiencing, you can test this yourself by using a different browser to preview the product page to see if your changes stuck.

Well this was of no benefit considering the solution wasn’t here. I created a 1of1 product and set the price to 250 and it shows $345 both to the customer and myself. I created it using the Shopify app. I’m literally afraid to check the rest of my products because if I have to do this to thousands of items I might as well just start over again, please help
