Setting up my Contract Manufacturer as a Shopify drop shipper

I am starting a drop shipping business and have a contract manufacturer that is not set up with Shopify.  How do I set up my Contract Manufacturer as a Shopify drop shipper for my business?  Is there an app they can install to have orders sent from my business to their business?
