Setting up third-party payment provider in Israel

Hi,
I've been trying hard to set up a third party payment provider without much success.

My business MUST be able to accept major credit cards (paypal alone isn't sufficient) and the only 3 or 4 providers available are either very weird to set up or unavailable to small businesses or is always giving me a glitch 😕

I tried contacting shopify support as well without much help.

How can such an international platform like shopify (who also charges alot) not successfully help small businesses integrate BASIC functions. I'm desperate at this point, please help!
