My store has added a new location for fulfillment. We now have 2 locations & 2 different integrations using API credentials to pass orders to the warehouses & auto-fulfill orders. Within Shopify's native notification settings, we've set shipment confirmations to automatically email when an item is fulfilled.
Both integrations are fulfilling items & adding tracking info. However, while the old integration triggers the shipment confirmation email, the new one does not.
I've gone through every setting meticulously and can't find anything that would explain why only one is failing.
Does anyone know of a reason within the notification settings (we have a customized email with liquid variables) that would explain this discrepancy? Does anyone else with an integration with Logiwa or ShipEdge software experiencing a similar issue?
