I've run into a situation I don't know how to handle. I have posted an item using Australia Post and provided a tracking number to the fulfilment. However, when they tried to deliver the item, no one was home; so the item was taken to the nearest Post Office and the customer needs to pick it up from there.
I would like to mark the item as Ready for Pickup so that it triggers the Ready for Pickup email notification; but can't see any way of doing that through admin. If there is an API I can use, I can do that as well since that is how I mark the orders as in_transit, onboard_for_delivery and delivered.
