Shipping Address Not Available But Everything was setup correctly

Hello, I setup everything correctly for local delivery & shipping zones, but still not working.

My Goal is to have delivery or shipping within 10km.

If your local delivery/shipping setup isn't working as expected, a few things to double-check:

• Ensure your location (from Settings > Locations) is set with the correct address — Shopify uses this as the starting point for the radius.
• Under Shipping and Delivery, make sure you’ve selected the right location and set a delivery radius of 10km (not zip code-based unless that’s what you're using).
• If you're testing, make sure the customer address you enter is actually within the 10km range, and the format is correct.

Also, sometimes Shopify’s default delivery options feel a bit limited if you're trying to offer a smoother local experience.

You might want to check out the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup — it gives you more control over delivery zones, adds delivery date/time selection, and works well for small radius-based setups like yours. That might be a good workaround if Shopify’s built-in tools aren’t flexible enough.

Thank you @binal_identix , for the solution, I had setup everything correctly based on the images I posted. While for the schedule app, I had tried several apps, but still they cannot connect with the checkout page.

If you're still looking for something that works well within Shopify’s system, I’d suggest trying the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup app. It doesn't connect directly to the native checkout (Shopify limits that), but it adds a delivery date & time picker right in the cart page — which customers see before checkout, and it's fully synced with their order.

This method works well for most stores that want to offer delivery within a set radius like yours. Might be worth a try if the others didn’t do the job.
